The Right to Access Information Commission is a commission established in 2014 following the enactment of the Right to Access Information Act in 2013 by the Parliament of Sierra Leone. The commission has the statutory mandate to promote access to information held by, or under the control of any public authority (public authority, as defined in the Act, is any person or institution to receives moneys on behalf of the people of Sierra Leone.
