" C'est un endroit que j'adore, on y trouve de très belles pièces, souvenir, babioles et art africain. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Je pense que je serai capable de rafler tout ce qu'il y a dans le magasin. Vous pouvez vous approvisionner en confitures, sirop (type tamarin, ditakh), du café et des cosmétiques made in Senegal. Bref j'adore cet endroit, le seul bémol est que les prix sont assez élevés. Mais c'est un endroit agréable et la gérante est souriante et très accueillante. Le plus du magasin est qu'il est à l'écart de toute l'ébullition du centre ville, ce n'est pas mal pour admirer tranquillement ce qu'on cherche. "

" It was my first visit to the store- after reading some recommendations on internet. They do have a good selection of souvenirs, artisan products, Senegalese items. On the other hand: it is mostly overpriced and you can find many similar or the same items for less if you visit local marche or bazaar (Sandaga). The store is small and very cluttered so it is hard to move around. But what I really didnt like is poor customer service. First a man (owner I suppose?) told me in French to take of my small backpack and put it on the ground (?!) so I don't break anything in the store...well, I denied because it serves as my personal item with wallet and documents- am I at the airport check point or something? lol I though it was not polite, especially that it was a small elegant backpack and I'm not a clumsy child who cannot walk alone through a store...secondly, when I paid for my purchase, I heard no "merci", no "au revoir",no smile either....I like politeness and friendliness and didnt find them here so won't be coming back... "
