The mission of PMWDO is to improve the social welfare and build the capacity of marginalized minority women and children through provision of Primary Education, Health Care Services and Capacity Building Training in Environmental Management and Income Generation for the longterm sustainability of Development.Pmwdo's Operations CoverageThe organization was established and registered in Galkayo Town in Puntland State Somalia. In designing and implementing its activities, the Organization's focuses on urban and rural women and children from marginalized and minority communities in four (4) districts (Galkayo, Galdogob, Jariiban and Harfo) of Mudug Region of Puntland state Somalia. PMWDO has however, previously implemented programs that cover other Regions of Puntland State. The organization have also implemented programs in Galmudug state of Somalia.PMWDO works with other local stakeholders and directly with target communities within its coverage areas in a participatory approach.
