" Stayed here for 3 nights. It's clean hotel. The toilet flash has enough power compared to other toilets in the region. I would have given them 5 stars had they provided us with toiletries. No toilet paper, no shower gel or soap, no shampoo and the likes. I asked the receptionist if they have these amenities but had none. He suggested to go buy from accros the street, which I did. So, bring your own stuff.
Customer service was poor. The lady in charge needs huge training in smiling and greeting customers with warm and welcoming smile. Though she did knock off our rates $2 after there was a mixup in room reservation and we had to be moved to different rooms
Rooms cost $15 a night, whether it's single bed or 2 beds room. We couldn't find a 2 bed room. So reserve ahead if you are traveling with your buddy and wanna save $15 a night. You can share a room with 2 beds.
What I like about this hotel is that it's walking distance from city center. It has nice and spacious outdoor seating where you can enjoy Somali tea. Our rooms have balcony with nice city view. "
