Somaliland Non-State Actors Forum (SONSAF) was founded in 2005 by various business groups, traditional leaders, professional associations, religious leaders and civil society organizations.Since its official registration in 2008, SONSAF is mandated to strengthen the voice of Somaliland non-state actors enabling them have a vibrant space especially in the decision-making arena by constantly engaging them in domestic and international policy dialogue activities.
