Women In Tech SV is a private Salvadoran initiative that arises from the interest of MONSTRUO INNOVATION, a Salvadoran company focused on Innovation and User-Centered Technology, to encourage women's participation in the Information Technology & Services sector, as leaders in their own ventures, as well as to improve productivity business through the implementation of technological solutions according to their needs.Thanks to the institutional support of CASATIC as an organization that welcomes the technological business sector, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador, Microsoft, Nova, and other actors in the areas of technology, finance and international cooperation, this project becomes a reality in 2016 .In 2018, we continue with our work of disruptive education and inclusion of women in the technology industry, we have expanded our network of partners and soon we will begin our first project to create digital skills and employability.
