Yebo Mzala Yebo Gogo Arts Festival (YMYG) has been founded by Bholoja trading as COMPLETE INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD.
Through local artists live performances and artistry showcase the Festival aims to achieve the following:
• Growth in the local arts and music industry, from a professional point of view, through the collaboration and the exposure to experienced and internationally performers.
• Create a platform for locals to showcase their skills
• Job creation for people in the industry and not. The organization of this festival will require a team of people to work before and during the course of the event. A successful result will mean the reoccurrence of this event on a periodic basis
• The promotion of Swaziland and Its tradition, through arts, music and hospitality.
• The Development of Swaziland as a tourism destination. The Festival will host International Artists with a consistent and loyal fan base. This results in a potentially relevant number of people travelling to Swaziland, being an easily accessible destination.
• Facilitate the creation of an Art Centre in Swaziland (non-existent at the present moment). The profits will go towards the facilitation of the building of an art centre in the Sibebe Development Area. This centre will provide assistance and training to create professional skilled people in the arts industry (music, fine arts, visual arts and television).
• The YMG Festival is to become the voice of Swaziland social challenges, cries and needs. The current theme for this year will be “Road safety, my priority and my responsibility”. This to grow awareness in the necessity and need for a conscious driving, as an act of respect towards your fellow human beings.
