" I traveled here in December 2018 with my fiancee and took my mom back with me again in December 2019. The Alexandra is absolutely lovely. The food is very good, especially the afternoon barbecues. The staff is wonderful! If you are looking for the most beautiful, relaxing stay then this is it! It is absolutely dreamy. "

" The resort is nice, in terms of location and the beach itself. The rooms ain't bad but the services are very poor. The kitchen female staff are very rude and unfriendly towards customers especially when you are black and you are a woman except for Jessica and Sunshine, those two were really amazing. I have been to a lot of resorts but has never been disrespected the way I was in this resort.
The guys are wonderful and they made me enjoy my stay. The front desk staff are also superb and warm to a fault especially the front desk manager. She is amazing.
Another problem, is the food sucks. One would expect varieties considering how expensive it is to stay there but they serve the same menu everyday, nothing exciting to look up to as such I almost died of starvation for the days I stayed there. I was there between July 13th and July 21st.
Bottom line I won’t recommend Alexandra resort to anyone. It’s the most boring place to go for vacation "
