The CVAC process works by what can best be described as "cellular fitness". This is a full a body workout, but at a cellular level. Yep! No sweat breaking intense workout, but your body still gets exercise. How awesome is that right?! Here's some more details on how this works:

You're always sitting at rest inside of the pod. The CVAC process (cyclic variations in adaptive conditioning) uses precise changes in air pressure within the pod to increase the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid throughout the body.

Changes in altitude fools the body in producing more red blood cells. These are cells that transport oxygen within the body. As we know, oxygen is essential to all form of life. Having more oxygen helps our body systems to function more efficiently and increases metabolism. Increased circulation also reduces inflammation and removes toxin and wastes within cells.

The CVAC process is safe for people of all ages, the ill, the elite athlete, persons 'out of shape' and everyone in between. People have reported results that include:
