There is not an overabundance of competition in this area. In the area within 1,500 miles of the resort, eight of the thirty islands are inhabited, with a total population in mid-2006 of about 32,000. One-third of the population is under 15 years old, and only 4% are 65 or older. In 2000 the population was growing at a rate of 3.55% per year, with 14.46 migrants per 1,000 in population and 25.65 births per 1,000 inhabitants, offset by 4.57 deaths per 1,000 residents.
D. To operate and successfully manage a resort of this prominence, many select specialists are needed. Each expert must be a proven winner in his or her specialty and very selective procedures for employment will be adhered to at all times.
