" The hotel is a well used one mainly for people who are doing a 2-3 night stay in Bangkok.
Staff are friendly ,helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and tidy. To me it's what I expected of a major city hotel. "

" Very far away from city centre. Old hotel with minimal amenities and terrible breakfast. Rated as a 4 star hotel but more like 2.5 star "

" Yes, the beds are hard, but the hotel provides adequate facilities for a few nights stay in Bangkok, especially as a first time visitor. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water is provided. I love the roof top pool. Basic buffet breakfast with enough to get you through your morning travels. All in all a very pleasant experience. "

" Convenient when it comes to all the shopping areas..trains taxis and busses. The hotel self will not see me again. There service is poor..breakfast is terrible and the rooms and specialy the bathrooms need updating. "

" It is a clean and nice hotel that is conveniently located near food and MRT. However, the main clients staying in the hotel are rude and noisy tourists from China and Korea. They come to Thailand on cheap package tour are rowdy and discourteous. "
