" Nice hotel away from the tourist area of Pattaya. Nice restraint on top of theme food. Very quiet and peaceful pool you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning. Also decent restaurant beside the pool as well with decent food options. "

" Nice beachside hotel. 4 pools overlooking the beach. The location is not great, about 15 min from downtown, with nothing really around the area. The sanctuary of truth temple is next door. Certainly worth seeing. Expect a 200 baht taxi into the city. The beach water is very murky, however it's typical of mainland Thailand. The resturant is overpriced and the food is 3 stars at best. A swim up poolside full service bar is available, but with limited selection of liquors. My ocean view room was very nice; new and updated. The beds were slightly hard but comfortable. Overall, great hotel if your looking for seclusion, otherwise if your looking for city life, I'd recommend a hotel closer to the city. "

" Pullman is 100 times better with everything. If you have a choice that should be Pullman vs this with silly staff run Novotel.
We had asked for room with breakfast and guess the receptionist messed up in adding. Next day when having breakfast their staff came one by one including the manager through out our breakfast and spoilt our morning. They do not have basic manners either to be patient and handle in a calmer way after we even asked that we'll stop by at the desk after breakfast.
Over all not so good experience.
Still 3 stars because the hotel is good, beach access and pool is good and the food (not breakfast) is okay.

" It's a nice place to stay with family. Liked the ambiance and very supportive staff. Nice pool and very good view from ocean view rooms. Just a suggestion. Please add vegetarian food in the breakfast. Loved the stay . Will come back surely

" Only the view from the room and architecture of the building (quite interesting) can rate for 4,5.
The rest is rather average. You have the filling that every where is not clean enough, maybe because of the "industrial" fitout of the room. Not every light in the room is working.
Breakfasts are correct but nothing special.
The biggest disadvantage (for me) is the location. You have to go through plenty little streets to get to downtown (I.e. beach Rd.) and it takes a while by car/bike. However there is "skuter taxi" located some 250m from the hotel. Ca. 60bth for 1person to Beach Rd.
Absolutely a must- sample of truth located some 600m from the hotel. Absolutely great temple made totally from wood!! "
