" 5 stars if you like burning man style, like to smoke or drink a lot. 3 stars if you want to relax and breathe fresh air. Overall, it’s okay hotel, especially if you get their corner room (it has very nice couch in the corner overlooking the city). However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
It’s located near very loud street so it’s not a good choice if you want to go to bed before 1am.
Even though it’s a non smoking hotel, people smoke there all the time and it’s nasty. We don’t smoke and we had to change the room four times upon check in.
The highlight is their pool. It’s awesome! We were there on Sunday and they had an amazing DJ and happy hour.
The internet is pretty much non-existent. We had to use our roaming the entire time. The last night the internet was completely gone.
Lots of throw up stains on the floor along the hallway.
It’s definitely not a place for families with kids.
The decor is nice!
It’s an okay place to stay for a few nights if you get a good rate.
Advice to management - clean up the stains, and refresh the rooms if someone smoked there, wipe the hand prints from the windows, enforce non smoking policy better. "

Stunning Infinity Pools. Yes, POOLS! 2 pools, one at the top and another just below it. absolutely mesmerizing view.
Good Food, Clean Rooms, Fancy reception. One of the best hotels to stay in Pattaya. Just blow a little more $$, its worth it.

" We went here for the rooftop bar. Great view of the city on their deck. Staff was helpful in helping us find it. Make sure you get off the first elevator and go find the second one to get to the very top. They had a DJ up there playing chill vibes. It was the perfect antidote to the chaos of walking street. "

" This is one fabulous hotel. They greet you at the door with a cold drink while they get the room for you. My husband and I got a Biz class corner suit. This enabled us to enter a private meal areas with very fancy foods. your given a additional card key just to enter this special area of food and drinks. Our room was the best we had in all over our time in Pattaya. With panorama views that could take your breath away during the day and dazzling nights with the glowing lights from all the fun bars below. We seriously felt as if our room was in a birds nest like position viewing the ocean. Room was excellent just wonderful and even had custom robes that's not offered in the basic rooms. i place in the notes when I book this hotel that it was going to be my husbands Birthday and they send a Birthday cake FREE to our room. Please if your in the Pattaya area of Thailand have a look at this hotel. "

" I've been to the rooftop bar 3 times. This time it was a really poor experience. A 330 Baht cocktail was served in a plastic glass! The base of the glass was wet from the spilled cocktail. No tissues provided. The view is nice. Overlooking the bay and the city. But the service was bad. "

The staff at Big Fish restaurant spent time explaining to me to try all their new cakes on the buffet bar! I'm impressed. Room is clean and quiet with great balcony view you will not forget easily. Spent a little bit more of your money here than your other general hotels and you will get all your pennies back worthwhile in experience. Coolest rooftop pool & bar. Show you Pattaya angles you wouldn't get anywhere else. "
