" Too far, the road is awful, the pebble beach is average and it's outrageously overpriced. Banana Smoothie-Milkshake for 4,5$! it's more expensive than in New York. Bananas grow everywhere in Timor and cost nothing - how can you make a milkshake cost 4,5$?! And it was a very very mediocre smoothie - I didn't really enjoy it. Wasn't thick and tasted like they put just a half a banana in it.
The rest of the menu was too overpriced as well. I cannot see a single reason to spend time going to Black Rock when there are many decent places with reasonable prices in Dili.
I'll never come back there and would definitely not recommend this "resort". "
