" The requested documents list on the website does not match with what they ask for at the appointment.

Just to make me pay more money they ask for other documents that are not requested on the website and they force me to take ID photos when I already have. It's not serious at all.

The photocopy and the photo service is too expensive. as if it's in euros while we are in Tunisia.

Each time they invent a missing document to charge me extra fees.

Not to mention the unacceptable manner that agents treat us. As if they are the ones who pay and not us. "

" I'm giving this place a three for probably not the right reasons. I don't know. So, the people there are helpful and nice and it's clean, there's water inside. They escorted me in as I was applying for the UK visa. Just one thing pissed me off. I paid priority as did my sister £180+ pounds. That's a lot. Together we paid £360+. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive uk student visas are and having to pay a non sterling fee on my debit card and IHS. Truly horrendous! I asked if they would actually try to give me an answer in 5 days and she said yes. The truth is that this is a LIE. Do NOT pay for this service. They didn't even start processing my sister's application till day 5. So how is this true in any way shape or form? It simply isn't. I honestly feel like they are liars and thieves but what are you going to do? Sue them? Not feasible. I'm fuming. I don't know who to blame UK visas and immigration alone or both them and the TLS centre? After all, their employees lied to our faces. I've since contacted a UK lawyer who also did not recommend using priority as it only guarantees they will start working on it within 5 WORKING days. You have been warned. Good luck. "

" A little bit of mixed feelings, based on what my wife has told me, the customer service wasn't bad the lady at the reception was a bit too serious as when my wife entered the building with her cousin they informed her that she needs to pay an additional 305TD as we selected the "Premium Lounge Service" when selecting the visa application center for our online application process. there was no mention of this extra charge when we on the visa site there were four options and one was the "Standard" service, which they clearly stated not to select unless no other service was available. I have to mention we paid £55 with our application fees to use this visa center. Anyway the lady at the reception was very unhelpful, as my wife informed her that she has no money on her and she will need to go the bank to get it, the lady straight up said that she has 30 minutes no more. My wife had to call me up and tell me this, and we're already pretty much broke after spending over £2K! on this whole process, so it's me running around to get money sorted, and then my wife rushing to the airport because that was the closest place that had MoneyGram...anyway it was a freaking nightmare. My wife finally got the money and then went back to the center where they explained to her that she's not the only one it has happened to, and the visa site mentions these options in a confusing way, the one to select is "Standard Service" the "Premium Lounge Service" is basically to be pushed ahead, so you don't to wait in line, they'll place you in a private room with coffee, tea, biscuits etc, where you can peacefully fill out everything, but that was unnecessary as my wife was in and out within 15-20 minutes.

So the one you need to select will be the "Standard Service", anyway after all this it was pretty smooth they took all her bio details, fingerprints, picture, first page of application form and her passport. Now anyone using this center needs to remember that you do not need to take your supporting documents with you! that needs to be sent directly to UKVI by either the applicant or the sponsor. This might seem confusing as on their website it still says it needs to be bought in and then scanned. This is old information, The new info you can find by going on to the TLSContact site and going to "Visa information" section then clicking "Links and Downloads" when on that page click "Settlement visa application" on the "Links" section, this will open a PDF document showing all the new update information.

I thought it might be helpful for those applying for Settlement to the UK as we had to pretty much guess and take risks while hoping for the best.

" Poor service, unbearable delays and disgusting experience !!! I'm a British citizen and my mother in law applied for visa and been waiting over 24 days and heard nothing of them and it's obviously impossible for us to reach either TLS or the British embassy ....a formal complain will be addressed to the foreign secretary "
