" Generally for availability of items no problems, you search if you have the time, however the problem is when you need help. The service is poor. When you finally find someone they are either busy doing something else or not sure if an item is available and directs you to the lane to look for the attendant of that section. For me I don't have that time. I walked out and went somewhere else and got the service I wanted. Another thing is I went to the tool section got an item and paid for it there. I asked for a bag or paper to wrap the item I was told that they have no bags there in the tool section and to go by the check out counters. To my surprise I was told that I would have to pay for the bag. I told the person that I already paid for the item at the back and I just needed the items packaged. Poor customer service. They can do much better. "
