" I stay here quite regularly on my business trips, it is a good place for people visiting Trinidad on business who are more focused on basic needs, they have a nice pool, not the biggest but nice, that is open all night, a plus for those looking for a late night dip after a long day of work, there is a gym that opens at 6am I believe and closes at 9pm. The restaurant isn't the greatest but the food isn't bad. The breakfast is very simple... eggs, toast, bacon and sausages with a coffee and/or juice being the complementary breakfast package. The staff are very helpful and nice... They even called my room one night when I overslept and almost missed the dinner service... Because of that I was able to place an order and not go without food that night lol. All in all it is a pleasant place to stay. I usually stay in thert executive suite which is very very nice. "

" Spend a weekend here for my bf birthday and it was great. Rooms were clean and good size. Love the bathroom as there were hot water for the morning. The gym is gd as well as the pool.Breakfast in bed.Even though the phone did not work, it was not a problem to go and make my room service and got it in a timely manner.Edge lounge was great. Staff were very friendly and our server Crissila30 (the name I saw on the bill)mixed drinks that was great. On his bd night had dinner at the Schelles restaurant which was great. Food on point. Staff were extremely nice and had balloons decorated for him. I also ordered a bd cake there and it was beyond expectation. Perfect! Thanks to Desiree who was our waiter for the night for a great service as well as the management and staff for wishing my bf Hbd and making everything perfect. Will recommend here to anyone. Will be back definitely . "

I travelled to Asia.Europe USA.Canada.one tax entry.at Paris suite ..many many taxes applied.is it a money grab.clean place.friendly.helpful staff. "

" The room has a very musky smell and although I opened the windows it took a long while for the scent to leave. Bathroom very cramped since it is so small. Bed just ok. Tv is vintage. Don't expect anything much from here. And there are a few 'jep' nests outside the windows. "

" My husband went to find out information about locations for our wedding. Him and his best men walk into the hotel, he was proceeding twd the receptionist desk when He heard someone clapped tree time. He turned to see who was there, he saw security guard that was sitting in a corner now which I find very disrespectful. The man asked my husband what is it he wanted and my husband told him he was looking for a receptionist to find out some information on accommodation, The guard says there is no one here. To me I find that's weird you are a 24 hours place with gest and not a 24hr receptionist....And because of there rude and unprofessional hospitality we've chosen not to use this place again. "
