Excellent view because it's on the 12th floor of FE21 Mega Department store (大遠百). As such, right near the Sanduo subway station.
Very nice ambience, pleasant and helpful staff. The price is very reasonable, we had 2 pizzas, an appetiser and two cocktails for 700 NTD (just over 21 USD). The pizzas themselves were pretty good, thin crust but a bit soggy due to too many toppings in my opinion. But we will be back! "
