" Busted with people on weekend. Totally. Shoulders-bumping and toes-squashing. Food section on 1F also serves hot snacks. Always keep your kids aside as the crowd and the strollers might pop out from any corner! "

" Not customer friendly; bad service and no staff avail or in sight. I had wanted to buy two particular items shown on the web stating available but no one knew where it was. Tried the self help system. The computer registered as either second or third floor. How does that add to the experience? I'm gonna refer to taobao as it saves time and gas.
Had much better experience back in the states. "

" It's an IKEA, which means it's a cluttered mess. Once you toss in Taiwan crowds and it can get quite painful. It's nice to be able to grab a bite of a few unique dishes, and the furniture, I admit we've enjoyed, though it's very pricey. All in all, go during the week to stay away from the mob. "
