" 有別於以往吃的臭豆腐，應該說偏酥脆的口感，比較乾一點，醬汁也比較濃厚些，但不同於印象中那種外酥內軟，醬汁湯湯的，而是偏向喀滋喀滋的口感，在地人更建議酥一些，可能每個地方吃的習慣不同ㄅ!!!可以試試看，嚐鮮~如果喜歡酥脆一點的人，會很愛。 "
