" This shop was a little difficult to find. The address is for Kangle Rd, but the entrance is on Baoan St., and it's on the third floor. It's a quaint place to sit and study or chat. You pay 60NT for the first hour, then they charge by the minute. Unlimited coffee, tea, and water are available. They have a huge selection of manga, magazines, and books for perusal. They also have some food and dessert for purchase. "

" Definitely a must recommended place! Nice environment. You can forget about time and the bustling city you come from, enjoy reading freely there as long as you like. Food is delicious as well. The tofu mushroom toast with a little side dish of hot sweet potato was amazingly heaven. "
