" It was pretty busy on a Monday night and the initial look of the restaurant wasn't too bad. However, once we sat the down, the server came over and said he would like us to order quickly so he could put in the order asap. When some of the members in our group took a few moments to look at the menu, he said that whoever is ready should order first. No idea what the rush was, but we literally sat down less than 5min before that.
We ordered a white wine clam pasta, lamb, pork knuckles and escargot. Only the pork knuckles and lamb were made well. The pasta was bland and escargot was sitting in grease. The appetizers were okay as well, but since it's just salad and soup, it would be difficult to mess that up.
For dessert, the menu was a bit misleading. I ordered tiramisu, but it was more of a dry tiramisu flavored cake. It didn't have that creaminess or even the shortbread you would expect.
When I got my coffee, it was way too bitter and overbrewed, even with ice in it. The manager came over and told me that I just didn't have the palate for fine coffee and ended up giving me another iced coffee loaded with sugar and milk.
Not a spectacular experience and probably wouldn't come back on my own. "
