" I might have missed it but I don't think there was enough information displayed on the history and significance of this place.
Nonetheless it's a good place to go to for some unique items - we were particularly intrigued by the skincare products from 陈爸 (the first shop at the entrance). And he's quite a character! "

" It's a very great place to go, so historical and full of the fusion atmosphere in the area where you can truly feel the beauty of time. Especially, the weekend craft market is so much fun. You may find the best souvenir or the artistic gift to memorize the trip. "

" The facade was under construction so they have a drape over the front of the building with a "fake" Red House image over it. It would've been nice to see this iconic building. The inside has a lot of cute and unique boutiques. You can definitely find something there for yourself or as a souvenir. "

" Used to be the first public market back in Japanese colonization, now the ground floor held some small exhibition and tells a little history of the building. Also there's a CREATIVE INDUSTRY FAIR beside it during the weekend. Not it still holds some events, or even have party around it during Halloween. "TourMeAway" has a free walking tour taking you here, join them if you want to learn more. "
