" We stayed in one of the lodges as the photograph shows, inside they have all the basics you require, however, if you happen to rent a ground floor lodge (as we did) and have people staying above you then be prepared for noise coming through your ceilings. The lodges air conditioners are also very noisy and the bed mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, in the 2 days we stayed at this resort we never slept very well. The hotel restaurant could be far better, basically only catering for chinese cuisine, so if your a westerner such as myself then be prepared to be disappointed with the food on offer especially at breakfast time! The restaurant staff, table clearers seemingly walk around with sad and unfriendly faces, very strange to see. The outdoor swimming pool is amazing BUT the wooden decking around most parts of the pool requires replacing as its broken with lots of sharp edges, easy to get splinters in your feet or even a serious cut. The pool water itself could be kept in a better condition than it is and a member of staff needs to skim the pool surface with a net more frequently during the day to remove leaves, bugs and other stuff. Adjacent to the main swimming pool is an outdoor BBQ area and what looks like an outdoor bar area. This also has wooden decking which requires repairing in many places. If you walk from the outdoor bar area to where there are outdoor toilets and changing rooms for the outdoor pool at the rear, I noticed mouse/rat holes that had chewed through parts of the wooden decking, in places I also could smell rat/mouse urine too where they have marked their territory. Not a pleasent scene to be honest. If you are running late during their 11am checkout time then "expect" a call from the reception to remind you of their checking out time, kind of crazy to be honest. Its an "ok" place to stay in my honest opinion. "

" Hotel facilities are old and in need of renovation. Lobby ceiling has tiles that appear as if they are to fall out. BBQ dinner is far too expensive for the quality of food, especially considering it was self cooked. Room lacked wifi signal that we could connect to. Maintenance explained that because the wifi signal works outside, perhaps we should do our internet surfing outside. Doors and windows do not seal completely which allows bugs and outside noise to enter the room. Overall a _very_ disappointing experience for the amount of money spent. "

" 今年228連假入住，設備偏老舊（房間內的電熱水壺生銹），但衛生方面可以接受，房間地板我特別用白毛巾擦也沒變髒。冬天還有一池加熱的SPA池可泡，水溫才30多度，建議可再加熱些。早餐選擇以老渡假村來說算多樣也不錯吃，居然還可自己煮麵。餐廳服務人員的態度的確需要加強，咖啡機無反應通知多人後才處理，不是只想趕打掃下班吧？ "
