$980nt +10% service charge for dinner, what you get is Japanese Oden, tempura, sashimi, and below average variety meat. The rest of the buffet was porridge, soup, and more tempuras. From the moment I sat down at 7:45pm I was asked to pay the bill at 8:00pm. My seat was not even warmed up yet and I had to pay for this god awful food.
This was the second time I've been here and I didn't recall it being so bad the first, but I will make sure I remember this time. Never again. "

" 吃過最差的五星飯店自助晚餐：
28 October 2023我看網路有人分享過考帝王蟹腳、烤鮮蚵、炸蝦天婦羅，結果今天一種都沒有！完全沒有五星飯店應有等級的食材！
生魚片：種類少（只有3種）、不新鮮、旗魚還都是筋。
冷盤海鮮：只有蝦子還算不錯，其他都不值一提。
現煮區：只有海鮮粥，說真的只是把川燙好的海鮮跟飯加水煮一煮，湯頭實在是很失敗，沒鮮甜味就算了還有腥味，因為不新鮮。
熟食：能吃的只有豬肋排跟烤魚下巴。濕式爐烤牛肉很柴，烤羊排也是像風乾一樣，骰子牛很像組合肉。
水果：不是很甜。
飲料：大概只有生啤酒是賣點，其他是我寧願喝水也不想喝的濃縮果汁。咖啡機沒試。
冰淇淋：Movenpick，太甜又太化學口味，還是H牌好。
甜點：只有蔓越莓乳酪蛋糕跟一人一個的現烤蛋塔很棒，馬卡龍皮脆內餡微酸還不錯。
感想：晚餐選寒煙翠吧！這裏實在太令人失望了！麻煩飯店業者真的要認真檢討，不要只一再回覆說希望跟客人聯繫致歉！實際上完全沒改善！外國客這麼多，不要讓人留下壞印象好嗎？ "

" 今天用的是下午茶，食物的種類不如潮港城來的多，生鮮蝦子新鮮好吃，貝類只有兩種，但是吃完後似乎不太來補充，冰塊上都空空的沒有東西，飲料區沒有傳說中的紅玉18紅茶阿...散壽司裡面都是一堆拉哩拉雜的配料很少有生魚片在裡面，生魚片的種類也不多，沒有鮭魚沒有鮭魚沒有鮭魚啊！唯一值得可取的是有很多在地小農種植的蔬菜，都非常的新鮮好吃！連續吃了兩輪非常的棒！甜點區的甜點都很驚豔，吃了一個多小時下來滿身汗，午後的雷陣雨下來一整個悶熱，多次反映服務生，一個說已經開到最大了，一個說無法調整空調，這樣大的飯店冷氣到底怎麼了??? "
