We ignite changes within young population of Tanzanians through Volunteerism and cultural exchange so to help them reach self-realizationWhat we do:We work with communities and partners across the country to tackle critical problems facing youth in three focus areas, Volunteerism, Cultural Exchange and Self Development.Our approach is to play a catalytic role to support the development of innovative solutions in education, volunteerism and youth exchange that are unlikely to be generated by institutions working alone and that can trigger change on a broader scaleHow we work:We listen and learn so we can identify pressing problems that get too little attention. Then we consider whether we can make a meaningful difference with our energy and network. We identify what we want to accomplish for people and where we can have the greatest impact. Once we commit to an area of need, we define our major goals and identify a clear path to achieving them.We're confident the combination of our skills, experience and world-class innovative programs will transform the lives of Youths in Tanzania, just as they have done elsewhere.
