" Good selection of books, it was especially nice to see plenty of English books. However, the customer service is atrocious. The booksellers are very reserved, closed and it seems all they care about is selling you the book and nothing else. I couldn't even have a small chat and give the cashier a compliment without receiving a cold glare. Mind you, I spoke to him in Ukrainian, not in English (which might be considered an alien language to some people in Lviv). "
