" Great cafe-restaurant in the center of Lviv (Lvov) to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kawalerka offers a variety of coffee (from espresso to latte to Americano), soups, salads, sandwiches, tapas, and excellent home made desserts. When I came to the cafe early for breakfast they were open just on time at 10:00 am unlike many other restaurants nearby that are not usually open that early. I found the atmosphere inside very pleasant with background music playing not too loud and two TV sets showing fashion clips. The waiter was pleasant and spoke English. I noticed that they have tables outside where one can enjoy a quiet car-less, pedestrian only street. It is located one block away from Plosha Rykon (Market Square) and down the block from the former site of the Golden Rose Synagogue. This place reminds me of similar restaurants in Budapest and Vienna. "
