" If I can leave no star I would do it. Very very bad service . As soon as we came in no one welcomed us just were very rude about the elevator that we weren’t using it right. Than when we got to the room it smelled so so bad.we bought luxe they gave us room by elevator. U can hear everything.The bathroom wasn’t clean dirty towels used sop no tooth brushes. Shower sink plugged. We call plumper to drainage system. Remote control no battery. When we went to park (paid 40 ua) our car they said there’s no more room they wanted us to park our car who knows were. Definitely would NOT recomend this hotel .NO WAY. Stay away. "

" absolutely in love with the art on the walls. Price was good, breakfast was decent, rooms are decent. Book a room for each person because the "extra bed" was awful though.
It's nice that the is help on your floor 24hr but the worst thing ever is every room came only with one key. Absolutely inconvenient. "

" I stayed here with three people in a room that was supposed to have 3 beds. It didn't. One of them was a pull out couch that was extremely uncomfortable. That being said other people was pull out couches that where extremely comfortable so it was luck of the draw. No one could sleep on the couch so it was very inconvenient. The food was not amazing, but not horrible, and the rooms and bathrooms were quite clean. Our bathroom was bigger than normal and was quite nicely decorated. "

" Has the advantage of being located in the back of the city's Opera House, some room windows opening to the historic skyline. That and a wide range of cheap and very cheap rooms. Maybe little critters in guests' rooms also count as an entertainment. "

" Safe reasonable accommodations, with beautifully decorated lobby plaster-wall carvings of Lviv. Comfortable rooms, superior location, convenient and stable WiFi, helpful and respectful concierge and staff, and a well executed breakfast service in the morning. The Greek salad in the hotel restaurant at dinner had some of the best white-cheese I've ever had, very delicious. Had a great time staying at the Lviv Hotel, will definitely book again. "
