ETSCO is Registered under REG: BDD/1729, to work with Children, Youths, Women, People with Disability and Elderly people.

ETSCO focus on providing assistance in the areas of education, food, shelter, health care to orphaned children, Elderly people. It also focus on women empowerment.

The organization is located in Bukitongo village, Mbelema parish Bukigai Sub-County Manjiya County, Bududa district, Eastern Uganda having a branch in Buwafula Village, Bunabutsale Parish Katoo Sub-county.
