Conference on Borderland Dynamics Anthropological Capacity Building in East African Universities ongoing Sapphire Addis Hotel in Addis Ababa from 2nd-4th July. The Borderland Dynamics in East Africa supports PhD and Masters students at Makerere University, University of Khartoum and Addis Ababa University. The Project is funded by NORAD. It is also supported by OSSREA. In attendance is Prof. Edward Kirumira, Principal CHUSS, Dr Truphena Mukuna, Executive Director OSSREA, Dr E...ria Olowo Onyango, Project Coordinator at Makerere University, Prof. Munzoul Assal, Coordinator, University of Khartoum and Prof. Leif Manger from University of Bergen. In attendance also are PhD and Masters students and their supervisors. The students will present their research work. ED OSSREA noted in her remarks that Borderland Dynamics in East Africa is a quality project that has resulted into six more projects.
