Just up the road from our lodge is one of Alaska's most accessible glaciers, Exit Glacier. Beautiful walking trails wind through the alders and rock croppings to this glistening mass of ice.

Meet Eunice! This is Eunice's second year as a line cook at our onsite restaurant, Resurrection Roadhouse. Her favorite thing about Alaska is the epic scenery and her co-workers who have become family. #FacesOfPursuit | #PursuitLife

Over the summer, fireweed blooms from the bottom to the top of the stem. Alaska legend says that when the blooms reach the top, there are only 6 weeks until winter!

The Iditarod Trail, also known as the Seward-to-Nome Trail, is a historic trail system that was first used in 1910. Today, you can walk nearly a mile along the paved coastal path from the Iditarod Monument at Mile 0. The path begins on Railway Ave, east of Zudy's Cafe.

Across Pursuit, Social Media Ambassadors will be sharing their summer adventures with us as they live the #PursuitLife. Please join us in welcoming Caitlin DeVore as the SMA for Windsong Lodge this season!

"Hello! I'm Caitlin! So incredibly stoked to spend my summer working at the Windsong's Resurrection Roadhouse.

I ventured up from Salt Lake City where I have been for the past six years. I moved to Utah from Maine for the epic pow. Growing up, I was always outdoors explorin...g and skiing and thought "Hey this would be a great thing to do with my life"

Fast forward to now, I have a degree in marketing and photography and am working on my second in outdoor education and leadership! Going on random life-changing roadtrips and taking photos of them is a huge passion of mine."

Welcome to the team, Caitlin!
