Mr. Chris was respectful to all members of my family, and even to my pets. He explained all aspects of what they would be doing and why he wanted to do it tomorrow ( he needs another indivual to assist with the task) and frankly was very professional and did not oversell or try to be pushy. " Tristan and Jay where amazing .They stayed after hours to get the job done. They fought with city to declare it emergency. So we had power through the weekend. Tristan was up front about charges and what needed to be done.I was nevous about the bad reviews I read after I set up quote. The price was high but the work was done well. You get what you pay for. They where understanding when my large dogs got out of the bedroom.They were calm and comfortable around them. I would hire them again. "
