" Awful. I wish I could rate it 0 after today.
Only some staff is nice- but never on the phone.
Can never get in touch with a manager
(after they charged me twice -2 times = 4 times and refused to give any money back)
The girl in charge of payments is extremely rude and said multiple times "I don't know what you want me to do. I refuse to give your money back." Looked confused the entire time. horrible.
take your money to a different gym. I will no longer be going here. "
