-------
Definitely not the best experience I have ever had.
Teachers wise: it sucks, most of them are not experienced enough and do not really have the means to teach.
Faculty wise: they are helpful and nice, they smile a lot and try to do their best.
Unfortunately, a lot of the students at the EAP(English for Academic Purpose) program are spoiled and do not really want to learn.
Chinese and middle-easterns are the majority among this program(EAP).
However, I learned few things that really helped me improve, writing class was a big plus, I learned how to write using the correct format.
Another advantage is that the ALI makes it easy to enter SDSU.
Honestly, I felt it as more of a business than education.
P.S I have been there for one semester(approx 4 months) in the EAP program, so do not take my review based on all programs provided there, and the fact that I stayed there for one semester does not mean that I have met all faculty. "
