I sent my MacBook to them because of the price they offered me then they got it and inspected it and offered me 100 dollar less for a little scratch and they said they will send it back at there expense and I sent my Mac in the original box with all the accessories this being the charger and charger extension and I got it back without the box or my extension for my charger and all the paperwork and everything in the box "
