" my 9yr old maltipoo came back with this huge scar on her top of the haed. this shop should not be running their business like this. They NEVER mentioned about this when my 11th grade highschool daughter picked my dog from here. we just found out when hair got kind of loosen after what they did to look so fluffy to cover this scar. it happened to me to find out after their business hour so I couldn't get to talk to the owner yet. but I have no idea how could they even fix the situation. this wound seems quite a big. the size is bit less than 1inch or about that size. blooding should had been occur quite amount by seeing how thick the scar got so stuffy by her blood. very unprofessional how they did not explianed about the situation if we knew we would have at least bring her to somewhere to treat correctly. now that part is swollen. CAUTION to all. please check your dog before you picking them up. this is insane. I am so terrifying rn "
