Sandy provides the same old fashioned Vet service today. From the moment you walk in it is clear you have been transported back in time to the days when your Vet was not part of some mega network that treated your animal, and owner, like a number.
Her staff makes you feel at home. The office is warm and welcoming rather than a modern, sterile waiting room like the ER at a hospital. They treat both the owner, and "patient", like their own family putting you at ease even when the situation might be problematic. Your animal is not in a room with 10-12 others making a relaxed atmosphere almost impossible.
My Ruby underwent surgery; a concern for anyone when general anesthesia is involved. Sandy called two days in a row when some of the medications did not agree with her. She put me at ease with complete information and instructions that resolved the issue in 2 hours. Simple solution to an issue that put me at ease.
At a time when we humans are treated like a file/insurance number, it is refreshing to find someone like Sandy that not only knows her stuff, but offers an old fashioned source for our beloved animals that are family to us, asking only to be loved and giving us unconditional love in return. I trust Sandy with her life and we are lucky to have such a caring Vet, and staff, available to us. "

Well, Dr. Sandy Ullman has exceeded all our expectations, and we plan on her treating our babies until she retires, hopefully not for a long time!
