" We live at Lake Tahoe and yet purchased our 2017 Leisure Van Unity RV well over a year ago from San Marcos Holland RV. Our sales rep is Kevin Pomerleau. We purchased from Kevin because he dealt with us in an honest, forthright manner and Holland's price was the most competitive (we negotiated with dealers all around the country- even Washington and Florida). Long after our purchase was consummated, Kevin has remained helpful and professional... answers our phone calls, researches questions, and even helped us get a last-minute service department appointment to one of Holland's other dealerships. We have not had any major issues with our RV. But anytime we have had minor glitches, the service department in San Marcos has been attentive, helpful and quick to resolve (e.g. installed a great, dependable DirecTV satellite system, 2 DVRs, and splitters to allow viewing from multiple tvs; showed us what we were doing wrong with the HVAC system; helped to negotiate with Leisure Van about a warranty issue; adjusted a sticking awning...). We have even driven back to San Marcos Holland for standard service work just because we found them to be honest and dependable in all facets of our dealings. "

" One star is too many right now. My friend and I both bought motor homes on September 8th. We were told it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery as they had to be 'processed' first. It's now September 27th and no word, they don't even know where the coaches are. Meanwhile, the finance clock is ticking, camping trips are being cancelled and the glow is definitely off the purchase.
Very poor customer service (they never call back) and they were untruthful from the start.
Very disappointed. "

" Damn, if only I had know what I'm reading now......bought a new trailer in 2012 from this guys, paid way to much, not to mention I got suckered with the extra warranty I bought. I went back them last year to mention that the exterior finish was drying and all decals were cracking, they promplty pointed to me to the fine print of that says that "type of exterior finish" is not covered under the warranty. Of course they did not mention that when they sold me the warranty. Live and learn, I guess. "

" Bought a 5th wheel from Brian - super awesome guy - easy buying experience. Love my new 5th wheel! The walk through was comprehensive and everyone we came across was super friendly. Recommend this place to buy a pleasure vehicle. "

" If I could give less than one star I would. I highly recommend avoiding Holland RV at all costs - even if it is more expensive to go elsewhere. We had a bad experience from the the sale side as well as what they call "service". I had a list of items for their service department to fix after our PDI inspection. They had our trailer for over a month and not once did they contact me directly. I had to consonantly call them for updates and actually went down in person one day. When they gave me a pickup time, the unit was not ready (this happened twice - the first time the work had not even started). They replaced a propane valve that was recalled with another recalled valve which immediately failed. They damaged my entry door, did not fix half the items on my list, and have had a compartment seal on order for over two months - I was able to call the manufacturer myself and had one in hand in four days! How this company stays in business treating customers the way they do is completely beyond me. "

" At the Santee lot, I bought a new trailer. Service said they would detail it and make sure it was clean. They didn't vacuum the saw dust or the metal shavings from any of the corners. They installed the electric brake controller and told me it works. Took it home and noticed the brakes didn't seem to work. I troubleshot and found they didn't run the wire to the trailer receptacle for the brake. The terminated the brake wire wrong. Took me the entire Saturday to troubleshoot and correct the problem. I sent them an email and it's been several day without a reply. Go else where for service or a trailer. "
