Chris Delaplane

Chris has over 15 years of experience serving buyers and sellers in Ventura County and Los Angeles County. After graduating from Grace Brethren High School, Chris attended California Lutheran University. During his junior year, Chris obtained his real estate licensed. After graduating, Chris deferred admission to Pepperdine University Law School for one year in order to focus on real estate and building his company.

In January 2005, Chris opened Integra Real Estate Services (formerly Delaplane Realty) while in the middle of his first year of law school. Notwithstanding the rigors of law school, Chris continued to represent buyers and sellers with his increasing knowledge of the legal aspects of real estate.

After graduating from Pepperdine University in 2007, Chris was hired by a real estate law firm and regularly handled real estate disputes, which predominately involved residential property transactions. Due to his background in real estate, Chris also assisted hundreds of real estate brokers and agents through the firm’s risk management program for two of the largest errors and omissions insurance carriers in California.

In January 2015, Chris opened his own law firm, which now gives him the flexibility to continue representing buyers and sellers through Integra Real Estate Services. Chris works with his wife and other team members to provide the best possible service to his real estate clients.
