Lillie Mosaddegh, MD

Dr. Lillie A. Mosaddegh completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago with honors. She subsequently obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin at the top of her class, where she was awarded with multiple honors including the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation Award presented by the American Medical Women's Association, Excellence Achievement Award in Neuroanatomy, and Excellence in Gross Anatomy Award. She was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed a year of internship in internal medicine at California Pacific Medical Center, she also completed her residency in ophthalmology at California Pacific Medical Center. She holds her certification from the medical board of examiners and is a board certified ophthalmologist, who has also obtained certification in various laser fields including refractive surgery and skin resurfacing procedures.

After completion of her training, Dr. Mosaddegh opened her first practice in the City of San Francisco in the Spring of 1998 and currently maintains four practices in San Francisco along with her well-qualified associates. The focus of Dr. Mosaddegh's practice is comprehensive ophthalmology with an emphasis on external diseases, cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive procedures. She is also well-versed in the usage of Botox® for Strabismus, Blepharospasms, as well as cosmetic applications. Dr. Mosaddegh's philosophy on patient care is one of compassion and forming a team with the patient where the patient becomes an active member in their own health care.
