" Took my wifes Honda pilot for the first time, they failed to vacuum the third seat area and also failed to clean the side panels. Sucks to see this happen to a first time customer.I contacted the owner and all he said was "bring it back and ill take care of it." It would have been a huge inconvenience for me to take it back. I shouldn't have go back a 2nd time in order to get a job, that I paid for, corrected. Definitely will not be going back to this place. Hope this doesn't happen to you first timers. Over pricesd for a half fast job. "

" Worse carwash in the I.E.! Half effort work and the owner telling me that my headlights are scratched when i just bought the car last week and in front of the him i was cleaning the bug splatter with a towel. Plus only one side of tires had armor-all. My whole front end was still completely dirty. Worse is while I when to the restroom after the owner promises that he would get the job done. He went and verbally attacked my wife who is 7months pregnant and my wife was a crying wreck when she had no clue what was happening. Yelling at my wife that he decided he wasn't going to finish cleaning my car. So I asked for a refund and he got in my face and yelled "I don't return money!". I responded with, " I paid you to do the job and the job wasn't done properly. Then he just verbally threaten me and walked about. "

" The work they do is pretty good but what frustrates me is they always want to charge me $1 extra for van/truck for my accord. I don't like having to fight to pay the car price every single time. "
