She personally checked her crew as they packed and prepared the items. She was very dedicated to making sure my things arrived safely and in wonderful condition. I had many mirrored items and antiques. All arrived with no chips, cracks or dents. The staff was polite and punctual and went that extra distance to make a stressful day as good as it could be.
