" I highly recommend this facility... i had been coming back and had been renting here since 2010 back and forth back and forth...1) They had an Awesome helpful customer service and they will always put you at ease...All of their staffs knows exactly what they are doing...2) They always keeping facility clean...What I like in their storage is everything is metal and you won't see any gap of wall next to the other storage that keeps the insects away coming to your storage...3) There storage and facility is all secured...4) This billing is always accurate and I had no issues at all...
I never had encountered any single problem with this facility ever since I had been renting here...I will always come back whenever I needed to store some things...Thank you the staffs and management of this said location for taking care of my things... "

" Having moved across country I needed a storage facility with the intention of maintaining on a permanent basis. Initial dealing with PSS were good. During my period the facility was kept clean and maintained but there was a problem when they would power wash the buildings water easily entered the storage lockers. Luckily, my belonging were store so as not be get damaged. They cater to new customer by providing incentives no more than one (1) month free rent and free truck and driver only to move in. It was disclosed at signing they accounts are review every five months for rate evaluation. What I learned from my experience and others (which is why I went with another company) is that PSS will increase rates at every evaluation period, even if the increase is greater than competitors. They will fall back on the excuse of their location even with provided quotes from competitors in the same area. I would think that a better business model would be entice new business with incentives but allow entice long term customers for sustained business. To top is all off, if you have a credit of less than $10.00 at close out, you forfeit it. I would think that this would be a good case for a possible class action lawsuit. "

" I've very disappointed with them. They have systematically raised my rental unit rate FIVE TIMES within 2 years. Claiming they can do this, basing on their current rates on their website, which changes on a whim. The manager Christine, NEVER returns phone calls, and you have to get mad before she will even have the courtsey to speak with you, and then hands you a lot of rhetoric that has no meaning.
they are not customer service friendly, I have had bugs in my unit several times and basically take on the attitude that if you do not like it MOVE. If I had the $1,000 that it would cost me to move, I would, All they do is screw their customers. The owner hides behind firewalls of people. There is no accountability, and the customer has no recourse - I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. There are better storage facilities with more business ethics. GO ELSE WHERE... "
