Gabe Ostrow has been the broker and owner of Ridge Realty and started recruiting agents and expanding his brokerage activity over the past few years.

Being a Realtor for over thirteen years, Gabe has realized that this is his calling – training and coaching agents. Gabe believes that every agent can be successful in their field by following simple steps, and therefore Gabe has been dedicated to each of his agents’ success.

Gabe is also a loan and mortgage broker, and therefore also understands the market changes and can advise and assist his agents by getting their clients approved for loans easily and quickly.

By being an active committee member of the SRAR (Southland Regional Association of Realtors) Education and Young Professionals committees, Gabe uses his knowledge and activism to be a community leader and make a difference in the local real estate community.

Gabe’s experience includes: Representing sellers and buyers on Single family residential properties, Condos, Multi-units, new construction and more. Gabe is also experienced in the loan and mortgage fields – including FHA, conventional, construction loans, Hard money loans and so much more.

Gabe dedicates his time to his agents by providing weekly training and coaching geared towards their growth and success, as well as bi-monthly coaching sessions open for the community with special key-note speakers.

Gabe is a loving father of three children and a devoted husband who enjoys fishing, cycling and spending time with his family.
