At the Sacramento Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fight Academy, you will receive attentive instruction in every single training session in which you participate. All classes are taught personally by Terry Maxwell and his son Davin Maxwell. Both Terry and Davin are well versed in the devastating art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Terry has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu since 1995 and is a black belt under World and Pan-Am Champion Cassio Werneck. Terry also spent five years training under world renowned Carlson Gracie black belt, Rodrigo Medeiros, in San Diego, CA. At that time he won the Pan American Jiu-Jitsu championships.

Davin Maxwell is currently a brown belt under Cassio Werneck and competes at the highest levels of the sport in his class.

Sacramento Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fight Academy features over 2200 sq ft of mat space, as well as locker rooms, showers, an exercise room and much more.

We offer kids, beginner and advanced BJJ classes and Judo.
