" I'm rating this store 5 stars because of the customer service by technician Kerwin Fajardo. I had recently traveled out of the country and my phone was giving me mad problems with connectivity, fast charging, and my microphone.
Kerwin really took the time and went out of his way to help me out. He understood my situation as a student and that I went out of the country for an extended period of time. I got my s6 phone swapped out for a brand new samsung galaxy s7, super pleased and happy, love this guy :) "

Customer service at this store is non-existent. Switched from Verizon after 12 years to get the 1% difference for less cost. Well, they are junk. Had the service for less than a week due to frequent dropped calls and poor coverage. We need phones for conducting business so we went back to the store after 3 days to switch back to my old phones-Melanie said they turned them in already! She was useless. Failed to explain that we needed to register online to pay off Verizon phones-I'm out $1300. If I gave them their phones back I would not have any phones and lose my number I've had for years. Longer story short...switched to AT&T that same week and have had no issues. "

" The custpmer service is seriously lacking. I was being assisted by a sweet representative who was answering my questions about the recent recall just fine when 5 other reps came ove and basically took "over" and were extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was the reason for the recall. Then spoke to me in a very condescending tone. "
