" Drinks were tasty, the pineapple coconut muffin was okay, but the speed of the sandwich assembly line was atrociously slow. When we finally got our deluxe bagel, it was missing key ingredients. If not for the fact that the cashier did not argue when I asked for a refund, this place would get a 1. "

" Got two cappuccinos. Were extremely acidic and unpleasant. Process were a bit high as well.
When ordering the cappuccino they said zebra makes them "traditionally" with just espresso and foam. For being"traditional," they forgot to offer cinnamon/chocolate though it's available at the self-service (though they were out of milk/cream). "

" My husband and I just happened to find this place by chance. We were on our way to Oceanside when we made the decision to fill our craving for coffee. We could have gone to any large franchised company, such as Starbucks, but we wanted to be adventurous and try something new. We went inside for a quick look around, but couldn't stand the overwhelming smell of coffee and tea. My husband and I have very sensitive noses, so it's not necessarily a deal breaker for us. We only came for the coffee. Luckily they had a drive thru. I couldn't decide what to pick, so I just felt the need to order from the Drip of the Day and hoped it would be a good one. I believe it was the Blue Moon medium roast coffee. I took it with sugar and I was blown away by the flavor. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I think I'm more than capable of knowing the difference between tasty coffee and the stuff you squeeze out of a syrup bottle. My husband also loved his Chai Latte. I tried some of his and agreed that it had a lighter taste to it compared to the stuff you get from Starbucks. Great coffee and will definitely get more the next time we are in the area. "

" Awesome coffee joint. Way better than that other place that shall not be mentioned. Baked goods and sandwiches all at affordable prices. Cute, quaint combination of cafe style and living room furniture. Helpful, cordial staff. Anyone who passes this place up to go to...well... that other place, leads a mediocre life. "

" Cannot say enough about this place. We passed through en route to San Diego at 4:20pm, greeted by the owner out front who stated they were closed at 4pm but was willing to accommodate us. After ordering, learned that they take cash only. We offered to go to an ATM and he gave it to us on the house. Wow! Super friendly staff too. There's a reason they win awards year after year. Not only was the iced pecan coffee and iced tea, with all sorts of awesome stuff in it , delicious, the place is so cute and rotates local artwork. "
