" Day 1 I got a beautiful piece of carpet picked out and some and some pad. It took about three days to get to me. Everybody was super accommodating and really helpful. "

" Josh was excellent and a main reason we bought with them, but very disappointed when was told couldn't initially get refund for area rug that was not the same colors shown on a size down in the show room. It took a call to manager from husband to get refund.☹️ "
