" Carpet installed on April 13. Carpet on stairs cut too short and improper transition from carpet to tile/wood/ fake wood caps. Was provided name to contact issue, Jamie Schrader Director of Operations. I sent pictures via email with follow up phone calls. 2 weeks went by with no response. Finally heard from Jamie due to me calling and he indicated he was at a family emergency. Next he lost all emails due to his computer crashing. Still I have not heard from him and it’s been a month. My recommendation is to not buy from this company. Home Depot and Lowe’s are much better "

" The actual sale of the carpet went smoothly. I have issues with the installation and the padding. Installation took two days instead of one like promised, they were messy and the carpet lines around the stairs are not very clean. I have also stepped on hard objects that I feel through the carpet. I wish they had more options with padding because I don’t feel the half inch padding is enough. "

" I had a terrible experience at another carpet store and decided to get a second opinion. Sydnee was absolutely amazing in asking what I needed out of my carpet, giving me all the information needed and helping me pick the right one within my budget. She was able to work with my schedule on measurements, buying options and installation. Installation went great and they were very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have with the entire process is I wish the installers vacuumed the other areas of the house the carpet scraps fell into, but with how everything turned out overall, I did not mind some clean up! I would use Carpet Mill again and would recommend! "
